PERU, IL — Peru Little League Baseball is honoring a former coach and volunteer. Bob Burris passed away unexpectedly last year, the day after attending an all-star practice. This season’s jerseys will have a BB inside of home plate on the sleeve to honor Burris. He was a coach for several years while his boys played little league baseball from instructional up to the junior league.
