LASALLE – The Perfectly Flawed Foundation will have it’s annual Earth Day Clean up around town this weekend. The community is encouraged to join in on the efforts to clean up the neighborhood starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Lock 14 Canal in LaSalle. Project Coordinator Natalie Martin says this year, volunteers will be covering new ground in Peru.
Also, new this year is a face painter and other activities for kids by the University of Illinois Extension Office. Raffle baskets will be given away to help support the event and other wellness programs for the nonprofit organization.
