OTTAWA – April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and the Safe Journeys March to Believe will be held April 29th in Ottawa. The 2nd annual event will take place at Washington Square Park at noon. The March to Believe will feature a march and speakers all focused on believing survivors of domestic and sexual violence when they courageously come forward. Safe Journeys is a domestic and sexual violence agency serving LaSalle and Livingston counties. All are invited to join in the movement.
