NBA Playoffs: Knicks, Warriors, Celtics, Timberwolves all win Game 4

* The New York Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 102-93 on Sunday to take a 3-1 series lead in their Eastern Conference playoff series. Jalen Brunson scored 29 points, and RJ Barrett had 26 ; while Josh Hart moved into the starting lineup and added 19 points and seven rebounds for the fifth-seeded Knicks.  If the Knicks defeat the Cavaliers in Game 5, they will reach the second round for the first time since 2013.

The Knicks and Cavaliers will face-off again for Game 5 on Wednesday in Cleveland at 7:00 p. m.

* The Golden State Warriors defeated the Sacramento Kings in a thrilling 126-125 Game 4 victory on Sunday to even their Wester Conference series at 2-2. Stephen Curry finished with a team-high 32 points to go along with five rebounds and four assists. Coming off his suspension, Draymond Green left his mark on the game immediately and had some crucial plays on the defensive end. Sacramento’s De’Aaron Fox had a game-high 38 points, but it was not enough in the end to lift the Kings to a victory.

The Warriors and Kings will meet up for Game 5 on in Sacramento on Wednesday at 10:00 p.m.

*  The Boston Celtics beat the Atlanta Hawks 129-121 in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference playoffs on Sunday, taking a commanding 3-1 series lead. The Celtics Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum each scored 31 points, while for the Hawks, Trae Young scored 35 points for the Hawks, with De’Andre Hunter scoring 27 and DeJounte Murray had 23.

The Celtics can clinch the series when they return to Boston for Game 5, taking place on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m .

* The Minnesota Timberwolves took the win against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday and kept themselves in the series with a score of 114-108. Anthony Edwards scored a 3-pointer in overtime to beat the Nuggets and keep avoid the sweep and keep the eight-seeded Timberwolves’ season alive.

The Nuggets head into the series with a commanding 3-1 lead as they head home for Game 5 in Denver on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m.
