LASALLE – A 17-year-old from Spring Valley is facing a weapon charge after a disturbance was reported in LaSalle on Monday. The LaSalle Police Department say they were called to the area of 4th Street and Creve Coeur Street around 3 PM where they located two teens and allegedly a firearm. A 16-year-old from LaSalle was charged with Obstructing a Peace Officer and the Spring Valley teen was charged with Unlawful Use of Weapons and Obstructing a Peace Officer. The 17-year-old was taken to the LaSalle County Juvenile Detention Center.
